A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.
Payment may be requested in advance, either in full or in part, according to the conditions specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation conditions are those selected at the time of booking and may provide for partial or total non-refundability of the amount paid.
In case of cancellation beyond the allowed terms or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
In case of early departure, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
Check-in and check-out times are specified in the booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Hosting additional guests not included in the reservation is not permitted without prior authorization.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of violation of these terms or inappropriate behavior.
